Health Connections is the name of the Community Based Services Division whose mission is to reach out to members of the community in need of insurance; medical, dental, and mental health care and various social services and connect them to the needed services.

Wednesday – 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Thursday – 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday – 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
