At MHHC, our door is open to all – whether or not you have insurance. We accept various types of insurance including government programs, managed care plans and private commercial plans. If you don't have insurance, fees are on a sliding scale based on family size and income. If you would like to enroll for no cost or low cost insurance, an MHHC Representative can assist you. Simply visit our Health Connection's office or any MHHC location.

Uninsured? There is no need to go without needed Healthcare for you and your family. You WILL get Healthcare if you come to us. Health Connections located at 2042 Grand Ave. in the Bronx is fully staffed and ready to help you get Insurance for you and your family. PRESUMPTIVE ELIGIBILITY AND YOU
The Medicaid Program provides certain health care services to children under nineteen years of age with family incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. The presumptive eligibility determination takes minutes to process. During this period, the child is eligible to receive a broad array of Healthcare services until the local department of social services (LDSS) makes a final eligibility determination (final approval).
