High School Diploma or GED.

Certification from the NYC Dept of Health, Bureau of Laboratories and successfully meeting the qualifications for the NY State Dept of Health Clinical Laboratory Evaluation program. Minimum of 3 months experience in phlebotomy.

Patient Care Services@ Walton Avenue location

A licensed practitioner under the guidance of the Director of Women's Health Services provides a comprehensive gynecological care, including pre-natal, post-natal, family planning and total care to female adolescents through reproductive life, transition and menopause.

Graduate of approved Nurse Practitioner Program; Certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center; Current NYS registration, current DEA certificate, state approved Infection Control certificate and CPR certification.

Responsible for performing supportive services to the health care provider and nursing staff in their care of patients in the ambulatory care setting.

High School Diploma or GED; certification from a Medical Assistant training program and BLCS and Phlebotomy certificates; EKG certification preferred. Minimum of 6 months experience in ambulatory care preferred.
